Intensives

On your journey inwards, you don’t have to tread the path alone. There are thousands around the world going through the same process of transformation, and our year round retreat programs, called “intensives”, are a wonderful opportunity to share with others.

An intensive is a special event designed to maximize growth and the expansion of consciousness. By removing the distractions and commitments of daily life, the special routine of the intensives allows you to dive deep within, unifying (practicing the facets) for extended periods of time with the eyes closed.

In an intensive, you will receive:

-    Loving support from qualified teachers of the Isha System, available 24 hours a day
-    Advanced facets to deepen your practice
-    Evening meetings, an opportunity to share with others and learn to connect with your emotions
-    Delicious, wholesome food and comfortable accommodation in a beautiful oceanfront setting

“La I” Uruguay and “La I” Mexico host intensives all year round. Come whenever it suits you, for a long weekend, a week, a month or even longer (see Extended Stay Intensives below).

Mega Intensives

Isha personally hosts special retreats in Mexico and Uruguay, called Mega Intensives. These seven day events have the additional advantage of daily Darshans - discourses where Isha answers questions about life, consciousness and the universe.

Extended Stay Intensives

Isha’s centers also offer extended stay programs, for 1, 2, 3 and even 6 months. These programs take the individual much deeper into the healing process: the more time and energy we invest in going inwards and cultivating consciousness, the more profound and lasting our experience of inner fulfilment. The 6 month program is increasingly popular. Hosted in “La I” Uruguay, you can arrive any time and incorporate into the group of those already present. Sharing your process with a group of 40 - 50 others with the same level of commitment only adds to the benefits of your time with us, and you will leave a totally different person. You will learn to live from a permanent space of inner peace that can be sustained irrespective of external change. This profoundly transformational experience allows us to return to the world minus decades of emotional baggage, rekindling our joy for life in new and unimaginable ways.
